Refund Policy of Clinical Trials University

Clinical Trials University (“we,” “our,” “us”) strives to provide the highest quality of online courses. However, we understand that certain situations may arise where users may require a refund. Our Refund Policy is designed to protect the interests of both our users and our platform, ensuring clear guidelines for issuing refunds.


1. Refund Conditions

1.1 Refund before course commencement:
Refunds are possible if the user cancels the course before starting it. Starting a course is defined as the first login to the course materials or completing the first lesson. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.

1.2 No refunds after course commencement:
Refunds are not granted for courses that have been started or completed, except in cases outlined in Section 1.4.

1.3 Refund for incorrect payment:
A refund will be issued if the user made an accidental payment for a course, provided the refund request is submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

1.4 Course not as described:
If a user believes that the purchased course significantly differs from its description provided on the website, the refund request may be approved following an internal review.

1.5 Technical issues:
A refund may be granted if the user was unable to complete the course due to technical problems on the platform’s side, which were not resolved within 14 days of reporting the issue.


2. Refund Procedure

2.1 How to request a refund?
To request a refund, users must:

  • Contact us via email at: support@clinicaltrialsuniversity.com.
  • Include “Refund Request” in the subject line.
  • Provide transaction details (order number, purchase date) and the reason for the refund.

2.2 Refund request processing time:
Each refund request will be reviewed within 14 business days of receiving it. For more complex cases, the review period may be extended to 30 days, with the user being informed accordingly.

2.3 Refund method:
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used during the purchase unless otherwise agreed.

2.4 Refund processing time:
Funds will be returned within 7 days of refund approval.

2.5 Requests through unofficial channels:
Requests submitted through channels other than the official email (support@clinicaltrialsuniversity.com) may not be processed.


3. Exceptions to the Refund Policy

3.1 Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • The user has completed the course.
  • The course was purchased as part of a promotion or discount, where refund exclusions were explicitly stated in the offer conditions.
  • The user attempted to violate platform rules (e.g., unauthorized access to course content).

3.2 Complaints about promotional courses:
For complaints regarding courses purchased under promotional offers, issuing a discount voucher for a future course may be considered instead of a monetary refund.

3.3 Timeframe for submitting complaints:
Complaints regarding courses must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.


4. Language Versions

If the website is available in multiple language versions, the Polish version of this policy will take precedence in case of any discrepancies.
